For more than 45 years, Castilleja Summer Day Camp is committed to providing a diverse community where a young girl can develop an increased understanding of herself and others. Guided by the principles on which Castilleja School is founded and the substantial research affirming the advantages of an all-girl setting, activities are designed to encourage creativity, self-confidence, cooperation, risk-taking, responsibility, caring for the environment, and a great sense of fun.
Castilleja Summer Day Camp offers a range of age-appropriate activities including athletics, art, science, computers, writing, crafts, cooking, drama, and music classes each day. In addition there are weekly field trips. The camp is designed for girls entering grades 2-6, and we have the Counselors in Leadership Training Program (CILT Program) for girls entering grades 8 and 9. Castilleja Summer Day Camp for Girls is located at Castilleja School, which provides a wide array of facilities. We have access to the gymnasium, art rooms, swimming pool, classrooms, chapel with a stage for performances, field and more! Please click here to view a general map of the campus.
