Jill Lee has been involved with single-sex education for nearly 35 years. As a graduate of a girl’s school, she strongly believes that her education is one of the greatest gifts her parents gave her. Also a believer in “paying it forward,” she loves talking to girls and parents about the value of transformational education and finding the right match for each girl.
Jill joined the Castilleja community in 1989 as Director of Admission and Tuition Assistance. Prior to Castilleja she was the the Director of Admission at Wheaton College in Massachusetts. Prior to that she was the Associate Director of Admissions at Mills College.
Jill and her husband live in Menlo Park and are the proud parents of two Castilleja alumnae and a son. Katherine '13 is a junior at Middlebury College, Emily '09 lives and works in San Francisco, and their son, Dwight, graduated from Occidental College in '11 and is working on an organic farm near Portland, Maine. When not talking about girls' education or Castilleja, she can be found trying to emulate her favorite chef from Food Network, walking with Anderson Cooper, the family’s famous Goldendoodle, and reading.
