#ComeAsYouAre

#ComeAsYouAre (CAYA), Castilleja’s annual Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice, and Belonging (DEIJB) event, began in 2018, and it has become a highlight of each year ever since. CAYA is a space where students, families, and employees can learn from speakers, share their own stories and experiences through activities and workshops, and learn more about our diverse identities and perspectives. The ACE Center works in partnership with student leaders from the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion Leadership Committee to co-create programming that is responsive to our community and deepens our understanding of ourselves and each other.
